If 30 days has passed, you must meet the following condition for consideration:

1.⁠ ⁠You must contact our customer support team by filling out the form below to go through our formal review process.

2.⁠ ⁠Your house did not bring in $50,000 or more in net profit within 18 months after purchasing the program. To be eligible for this conditional refund, you must have attempted to buy a piece of land and build a house. Please provide us with your HUD-1 (settlement statement) to show us your sale profit, a legally executed purchase agreement that shows you bought the land, or documents from the title company showing the sale.
